Firing crack on the base that extends slightly up the side, and two smaller ones also on the base. There is a small indent chip associated with the main firing fault and one smaller firing pop on the foot rim. Lettering has light some ink specking associated with it. Some brown specking to the top rim and a small slip indent on the top edge from manufacture. Light surface scratching. For an earlier jar the overall slip quality is good with just a few white specks in the blue or slip bumps. Lid fit excellent. There is a discoloured crush on the knop and several slip bumps that haven’t taken the coloured glaze. Underside of the lid is excellent.
