EARLY CRUET SET
SALT: Made in England Green stamp. Cork stopper inside! No chips, cracks or crazing. Some pinprick brown specks on the edge of the hole. Very few surface scratches. Two small brown spots on the body (shown on available pictures). In the bottom white band is a tiny firing bubble that has browned slightly. Unglazed foot rim browned. REF NO: CWS1316
PEPPER: No backstamp. No chips, cracks or crazing. Firing fissure in the bottom white band (shown on available pictures). Five firing pops, bumps over the body, one brown. Minimal overglaze run. No stopper. REF NO: CWS267
OPEN SALT: Gresley Church Mark. Hard piece to find. Some long line crazing. Firing pop on unglazed foot rim. Utensil marks inside bowl that have greyed slightly. Nice smooth top rim. Good clear banding. REF NO: CWS1609 Matched set – Individual items may be available. Unpacked weight: 382g.
