Surface scratching mainly on the side – front very clean and shiny. To the rear, on the shoulder of the jar in the upper blue band, is a glaze discolouration from manufacture. At the back, on the upper rim, the over glaze is slightly thinner and you can feel roughness when you run your finger over it. Tiny white speck in the middle blue band to the left of the first “B”. Small brown spot in the lower white band on the extreme left. Bottom blue band has a hint of variation in the blue colouring. Rim has some light specking. The base is very clean, with just a few tiny, very light brown specks in the unglazed foot rim. Super fitting lid. Very clean on the underside too.
