CLOVES Spice Jar. 3.5” (8.8 cm). Black Shield Mark. NO CRAZING. Two tiny firing fissures, one on the neck above L, one at the back in the middle blue band. Nice, clear, serif lettering with a few ink specks associated with it. Very few surface scratches. Top rim has some light specking to the top right hand edge and a slight indent in the slip. To the front there is a pin head firing bubble in the middle blue band below the E, and in the bottom blue band below the O. To the rear there are three tiny pin prick firing bubbles and a very slight flattening of the slip on the shoulder. On the inner lid rest rim is a small slip flattening. Lid fit excellent. Small bump of glaze in the outer blue band that shows as white. Underside exceptionally clean. Base has some dirt in the unglazed foot rim. Unpacked weight: 238g. REF NO: CWS710. Price: 75.00GBP
