STREAMLINE BREADCRUMBS STORAGE JAR
Green and Co, Gresley Church Mark with Made in England. Also impressed 1PT. Approx. 5 1/8” (13 cm) high including lid with a base diameter of 3” (7.5 cm). NO CHIPS OR CRACKS. Egg shell crazing to the whole of the jar and the lid. All green raised bands undamaged and clear with no running or bleeding. Within the cream of the body there are some small circles of greying. Base very clean with slight indents in the foot rim that appear to be from manufacture. Top rim of jar and bottom rim of lid good. Lettering good with minimal ink specks associated with it. Some discolouration inside the base of the jar associated with the crazing. Good quality overglaze and few surface scratches. 494g unpacked. REF NO: CWS2714. Price 140.00 GBP including UK postage. STREAMLINE LUMP SUGAR STORAGE JAR
Green and Co, Gresley Church Mark with England. Approx. 6.2” (15.2 cm) high including lid with a base diameter of 3 5/8” (9.1cm). NO CHIPS OR CRACKS TO THE JAR. Two hairlines from the edge of the lid up the side. These are both very tight and hard to see. Egg shell crazing to the whole of the jar and the lid. All green raised bands undamaged and clear with no running or bleeding. Within the cream of the body there are some small circles of greying and light browning to the bottom half of the cream section. This isn’t immediately obvious and may clean out with some Milton. Slight indents in the base foot rim that appear to be from manufacture and very light discolouration associated with the crazing. Top rim of jar and bottom rim of lid good with light discolouration. Lettering exceptionally good. Few surface scratches, a tiny ink speck near the top of the jar above the G. 790g unpacked. REF NO: CWS2716. Price 95.00 GBP including UK postage. STREAMLINE CASTOR SUGAR STORAGE JAR
Streamline Backstamp – feint but there! Also impressed 2PT. Approx. 6.2” (15.2 cm) high including lid with a base diameter of 3 5/8” (9.1 cm). NO CHIPS OR CRACKS TO THE JAR. Hairline from the edge of the lid and into the top – on the underside there is some discolouration associated with it. Egg shell crazing to the whole of the jar and the lid. All green raised bands undamaged and clear with no running or bleeding, although there are a few firing bubbles associated with them. Within the cream of the body there are just three small circles of greying that are hardly noticeable. Base very clean with slight indents in the foot rim , and just on the edge of the base that appear to be from manufacture. Top rim of jar and bottom rim of lid good. Lettering good with just a tiny ink speck above the last R and marginal bleeding. Excellent quality overglaze and few surface scratches. Crazing on the top of the lid is slightly discoloured and there are a couple of discolouration spots inside the base. This jar displays very well. 770g unpacked. REF NO: CWS2715. STREAMLINE COFFEE STORAGE JAR
Streamline Backstamp – feint but there! Also impressed 2PT. Approx. 6.2” (15.4 cm) high including lid with a base diameter of 3 5/8” (9.3 cm). NO CHIPS OR CRACKS TO THE JAR. Two hairlines from the edge of the lid and up the side of it. Egg shell crazing to the whole of the jar and the lid. All green raised bands undamaged and clear with no running or bleeding on the jar. To the lid there are a couple of lines incomplete and one with a fault from manufacture. Within the cream of the body there dirt in the crazing and greying/dirt all over but not too noticeable on the front. There is also a small bump in the slip just above the end of the last E. The craze lines on the lid and inside the jar are discoloured. Base clean with slight indents in the foot rim that appear to be from manufacture. Top rim of jar and bottom rim of lid good. Lettering good with marginal bleeding. Few surface scratches and a couple of black ink specks to the body. There is a slight overglaze skip in the lid top. This jar displays OK and doesn’t stand out against the others on the site. 770g unpacked. REF NO: CWS2715. Price 60.00 GBP including UK postage. STREAMLINE SAGO STORAGE JAR
Green and Co, Gresley Church Mark with Made in England. Also partially impressed 1 ½ PT. Approx. 5.75” (14.1 cm) high including lid with a base diameter of 3 5/16” (8.4 cm). NO CHIPS OR CRACKS. Egg shell crazing to the whole of the jar and the lid. There are two extra slip bumps on two lines and one line is incomplete from manufacture. Within the cream of the body there are about five small circles of greying, but these are hardly noticeable. Base very clean with slight indents in the foot rim that appear to be from manufacture. Top rim of jar and bottom rim of lid good. Lettering good with minimal ink specks associated with it and just a slight lightness at the top of the S. STREAMLINE CHERRIES SPICE JAR
Added 5/8/06. Streamline Backstamp – blurred but there! Also impressed 2PT. Approx. 3 7/8” (9.7 cm) high including lid with a base diameter of 2 1/8” (9.3 cm). Light, long line crazing, mainly to the lid. All green raised bands undamaged with just one small edge blur on a single line on the jar. Within the cream of the body there are two small firing lines and some light surface marks. Condition of the body would easily be classed as very good +. Lettering slightly light and small smudge on the S. Top rim of jar and bottom rim of lid good and there are no hairlines. There is a slight indent in the slip in the lid top.
